Product Overview

Inverter welding machine employs advanced inversion technology. It converts mains frequency (50Hz/60Hz) AC into DC through rectification and filtering. The DC power is then inverted into intermediate-frequency AC (ranging from several kHz to tens of kHz) using high-power switching components (e.g., SCR, GTR, MOSFET, or IGBT). This intermediate-frequency AC is stepped down via a transformer to a welding-friendly voltage range of 21–28V, followed by secondary rectification and reactance filtering to deliver stable DC welding current. This process ensures enhanced current stability, energy efficiency, and portability.
