Description
Online automatic screwdriving machine for LCD back shell adopts the initial positioning of the cylinder and the accurate positioning of the CCD to realize automated operation. One line can complete the work load of 3 - 4 workers at the speed of locking two screws per second which ensures the screw-locking torque and effectively avoids the poor phenomena of missing locks, sliding teeth and floating. The defective rate can be controlled below one thousandth.
