Automatic Test Line for Charging Pile:

 

1. Firm, with or without burrs, rust and other problems; the company's nameplate and warning signs are installed to the correct location, whether the content is correct, whether the handwriting is clear, etc.;

 

2. Output voltage error test

The charging pile connects the load, sets the constant voltage state operation, inputs the rated voltage U, sets the output voltage in the output voltage range, adjusts the load output current to 50% rated current, respectively measures the charging pile output voltage Uz. the output voltage error should not be more than ± 0.5%.

The measured output voltage error is calculated according to the following formula:

 

3. Output current error test

Charging pile connected to the load, set in constant current state operation, input voltage is set to the rated value, set the output current in the range of 20% ~ 100% rated output current, adjust the output voltage in the upper and lower limits of the range of the intermediate value, respectively, measure the output current of the charging pile Iz.

In the charging pile set the output current fixed value ≥ 30A, the output current error should not exceed ±1%; In the charging pile set the output current fixed value <30A, the output current error should not exceed ±0.3A.

Measured output current error is calculated according to the following formula:

 

4. Voltage stabilization accuracy test

Charging pile connected to the load, and set in constant voltage state operation, set the output voltage constant value, adjust the input voltage were 85%, 100%, 115% rated value, adjust the load current for 0 ~ 100% rated output current value, respectively, to measure the charging output voltage, to find out the above changes in the range of the limit value of the output voltage of the charger.

Change the output voltage setting value within the upper and lower limits, and measure it several times. The accuracy of voltage stabilization should not exceed ±0.5%.

The measured voltage stabilization accuracy is calculated according to the following formula:

 

5. Stabilized current accuracy test

Charging pile connected to the load, set in constant current state operation, set the output current fixed value, adjust the input voltage were 85%, 100%, 115% rated value, adjust the output voltage in the upper and lower limits, respectively, measure the output current value of the charger to find out the above changes in the range of the charging current limit value.

In 20% ~ 100% rated output current value range to change the output current of the set value, multiple tests. The accuracy of current stabilization should not exceed ±1%.
