2. The length of the line is 15m, width is 3.5m, and the height of the bench is 90+/-20mm.
3. The width of robot gripping package is adjustable up to 600mm.

5. Manual handling of finished palletized products, then placing the paper baseboards and pedals.
6. The empty boxes for loading need to be guaranteed to be open to the outside, and the dustproof cover must not interfere with the robot gripping the products.

Track A

Track B

1. Front station for A or B conveyor track only
2. The equipment will lock the products in track A
3. The finished products flow into the next machine
4. The product in track A flows into the machine again
5. Continue with process 2

Note: In order to prevent that only one track has products for a long time and affect the CT, the equipment can be set to sound an alarm when a track is continuously locking for N products (N can be set manually, the upper limit is 5), prompting the previous workstation to pay attention to the discharge mode.
