The equipment is used for laser welding after assembly of adapter piece and top cover of power battery, the main functions include:
Top cover loading and positioning, top cover engraving and code scanning, electric core loading and positioning, laser out-of-focus detection and welding, welding print dust removal, welding print gluing, core shaping, core bundling and gluing, downloading and eliminating defects.
Equipment Features:
Fully sealed laser welding and synchronized dust extraction to ensure welding without dust residue.
The adapter piece and top cover are positioned with the center as the reference to ensure the assembly precision of the adapter piece and top cover, and keep the positioning state throughout the whole process.
Positioning with the welding surface as the reference, good consistency of welding out-of-focus amount, stable welding quality.
Automatically adjust the height of the top cover during the core closing process to avoid pulling the pole lugs.
