Photovoltaic Inverter

Photovoltaic inverters include grid-connected photovoltaic inverters and energy storage inverters.

PV inverter automatic assembly and testing production line, the whole project is divided into three areas, including assembly area, testing area and packaging area. Daily capacity of single line: 3min/pc.

The key technologies of PV inverter automatic assembly and testing production line: 1) automated conveyor line; 2) robots with vision automatic gripping; 3) automatic packaging and palletizing.

The inverter assembly area contains 14 manual assembly stations and 2 non-word testing stations. 

The line body is up and down two layers of speed doubling chain, lifting machine at both ends of the line body, and truss clamping mechanism at the end of the line body.

There are 80 sets of aging test stations and 2 sets of post-test stations. The test area contains three major parts: pre-test, aging test and post-test.
