The equipment is used for power battery Mylar and electric core assembly after fusion welding on the top bracket, play a role in protecting the electric core, the main functions include:
Core scanning, core loading and positioning, bottom bracket piece and Mylar loading and positioning and hot melt, core wrapping Mylar, hot melt welding, CCD inspection, gluing, unloading and eliminating defects.
Equipment features:

Pulse hot melt temperature control is precise, fast heating and heat dissipation, no pulling and melting through phenomenon.
Adopting spiral positioning needle and brush mechanism to prevent the bottom bracket piece and Mylar from carrying material in the loading process.
Automatic switching of bottom tray sheet/Mylar/tape, no stoppage for material change.
