The top cover and aluminum shell are automatically corrected based on the center, avoiding the generation of steps in the process of press-fitting; the top cover position is maintained throughout the whole process after shell entry, preventing rebound.

Negative pressure dust removal for aluminum shell and electric core, clean around the top cover after entering the shell, effectively reducing the welding explosion point.

The laser pre-welding tooling adopts four-side compression, fixed and uniform benchmarks to ensure that there is no gap in the pre-welding and to avoid laser damage to the core.
