The capacitor automatic laser welding equipment is our customized automation equipment for capacitor industry customers, using two sides of the interactive feeding welding design.
The structure includes fixture platform conveyor, automatic laser soldering system, fixture positioning, CCD camera, temperature control and motion mechanism.
It is used for soldering between capacitor core and copper row.

Good quality: the soldering point is round and full, without pulling the tip and uneven phenomenon, the temperature control function can prevent the product burns, and effectively avoid the risk of false soldering and even tin.
Functional features:
The front and back sides of the interactive feeding, can be a one-time batch of multiple special capacitor products to complete the welding;
The product needs to realize front and back welding, the equipment with automatic flip control mechanism;
CCD vision alignment + solder joint detection: CCD photo capture pad position before welding, CCD detection of solder joint quality after welding;
Accurate digital temperature control function, the temperature of the soldering joint in the set welding temperature range, to prevent the temperature is too high on the soldering pad and component damage.
The system does not contact with the workpiece during the soldering process, no contact stress, no static electricity.
