The continuous lift is driven by a motor with brake to synchronize the operation of four chains of equal length.

The tray is mounted on the four chains and runs with the chains. The horizontal position of the tray is the working state, and the other positions are the return state. When the tray turns flat, the goods are fed, and vice versa, the goods are discharged.

It can realize up and down conveying in positive and negative directions at the same time, and the conveying speed can be adjusted according to the design requirements, which is very convenient to meet the needs of feeding and shipping.

Category of continuous lifts:

There are "Z", "C" and "H" types of tray-type continuous lifts.

Type "Z" lifts form a "Z" trajectory in the import and export directions;

Type "C" lifts form a "C" trajectory in the import and export directions of the goods.

Type "H" lifts form an "H" trajectory in the direction of import and export of goods.

"H" type lifts have one side for material inlet and the other side for material outlet.

The length of the tray is approximately the length of the object + 300 mm and the width is approximately the width of the object + 100 mm;

The total height H is equal to the lifting height h+h1+h2 (h1 is the height of the working surface on the first floor, h2 is the height above the working surface on the second floor, this dimension is to be determined according to the height of the object.)

The relevant parameters of the "H" type continuous lifts are determined separately according to the size and shape of the material.
