Fully automatic module assembly (for reference only)

① The core workshop produces cores in grades and stores them in customized boxes, and then stores them in the core finished product warehouse according to grades and batches, and the AGV system automatically transfers the cores to the automatic module loading area according to the production plan in the MES.

② The electric core in the loading area is loaded by the industrial robot to the automatic assembly line.

③ The battery core passes through the code scanning and sorting unit, records the battery core batch, retests the voltage and internal resistance.

④ Qualified cells pass through the PET film removal unit to remove the PET film at the bottom of the negative electrode;

⑤ Remove surface stains on the battery cover and the bottom of the battery case by the plasma cleaning unit; 

⑥ Entering the holder unit, where the cores are inserted into the holder in a certain array form; 

⑦ The laser coding unit marks and codes the bracket according to the MES settings and binds it to the battery cell information.

⑧ Through the shrapnel laser welding unit, the shrapnel in the bracket is welded to the positive pole of the electric core.

⑨ Mounting of the parallel sheet on the support via the parallel sheet loading mounting unit.

⑩ Weld the shrapnel to the shrapnel via the shrapnel laser welding unit.
