It does not require a driver to drive it during industrial applications. It uses rechargeable batteries as the power source of the AGV trolley.

We generally control the movement and behavior of the vehicle through the computer, but also can use the electromagnetic track to set up the traveling route of the vehicle.

The electromagnetic track is pasted on the floor, so the AGV car relies on the signal brought by the electromagnetic track to carry out movement and basic actions.

Performance of AGV 

1. The AGV is equipped with sound and light alarms above the vehicle body, which will send out warning sounds or flashing lights during the traveling process of the vehicle.  

2. AGV has full-automatic, semi-automatic or manual driving function, which can meet the needs of different users.

It also provides on-board running command input function with emergency stop button.

When we encounter a special situation, pressing this button key can make the AGV stop immediately.

AGV is also equipped with a key switch, the personnel who owns the key can start it, preventing the non-authorized personnel from privately starting the AGV, which guarantees the safety of the trolley and the staff equipment.  

3. AGV is also equipped with off-line protection function, if in the traveling path, the guide signal occurs abnormally, AGV will immediately stop and thus send out an off-line alarm to prevent AGV from losing control and causing more unnecessary damage.  

4. AGV also has a number of safety mechanisms, such as obstacle detection alarm, emergency stop button, safety bumper, walking sound and light warning, derailment alarm and so on.

When the front end of the AGV collides with the bumper, the trolley will stop working immediately. After the obstacle is lifted, we need to restart it to work.
