Main Equipment for Refrigerator Production Line: 

1.Inner liner blister molding equipment. It has the functions of automatic feeding, preheating, automatic trimming, as well as the following features:

A. Both sides of the feeding, can realize non-stop machine feeding            

B. With fast heating speed, stable molding            

C. With six-station pressure-air molding.            

D. Edge-cutting device adopts the lower knife drive type, the cutting edge is beautiful and burr-free.            

E. The efficiency of the equipment can reach 120 molds/hour.            

F. The qualified rate of production products reaches more than 99%. 


2. Door and side panel molding equipment. With the respective functions of feeding, heating, molding and the following features:

A. With fast heating speed, stable molding            

B. Servo motor control, energy saving, environmental protection, high precision            

C. Mold cooling method adopts water circulation cooling unit, fast heating and cooling speed, stable temperature control            

D. With three-station pressure-air molding            

E. The efficiency of the equipment can reach 180 molds/hour.

Process of Refrigerator Automatic Production Line:  

1. Box body foaming and door body foaming. After vacuuming the inner cavity of the door/case, the injected foaming material is quickly and evenly distributed between the door/case and the inner liner, and this process can provide the refrigerator with good specific strength, bonding performance and heat preservation performance. 

2. Inner liner insertion device: After the bending and molding of the outer shell of the refrigerator is completed by the U-shaped plate automatic production line, the robot or manipulator will rotate the shell by 90 degrees and place it into the inner liner insertion machine. The pre-assembled inner liner is automatically inserted forward and transferred to the case pre-assembly line after closing with the shell. 

3. Compressor automatic assembly. Refrigerator foaming vertical body 45 degrees, fixed by the manipulator to install the compressor assembly equipment, has been put into practical application. Robot identification, take, fixed compressor equipment technology, changed the original operator both porter, and even welder situation, significantly reduce the labor intensity of workers on site, become one of the important links in the automation of refrigerator production. 

4. Finished product automatic packing. Refrigerator appearance specifications, height is usually in 1.7 ~ 2 meters, is still using manual set box way, labor intensity, low production efficiency. Finished refrigerator film, set box, bundling and packaging equipment to put into use, greatly improving production efficiency. 

5. Automation and intelligence of logistics and distribution. The establishment of the workshop distribution center, through the light source, sound source and the sign management system, to achieve timely distribution of materials on site delivery. In addition to AGV carts can automatically transport materials to the operating stations according to the specified routes in the workshop, but also through the conveyor corridor with a crate walking in the air, vertical transportation of materials to the supply point.
