Conveying adopts double-layer conveyor belt and carrier reflux mode to realize material and product conveying. The capacity of this automated production line is 700UPH, and the product yield is ≥99.5%.

The whole line is controlled by the host computer, automatic mounting by manipulator, online inspection by AOI, automatic code scanning of products and seamless connection with MES system, which can realize the whole process of monitoring the quality of products, automatic archiving of data, quality traceability and quality process analysis.
