II. Use of high-temperature oven:

High-temperature oven is used for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilization by industrial and mining enterprises, outside the laboratory and scientific research units.

III. Parameters

(1) Outer liner: made of cold plate bending, baking paint treatment, corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, or directly using galvanized plate bending and welding.

(2) Inner liner: the material is made of stainless steel plate, the inner liner is surrounded by 80mm/100mm thick high-level insulation rock wool, and the door is surrounded by increased high-temperature-resistant sealing silica gel strips.

(3) Heating part: durable stainless steel heating pipes are installed on the left and right sides of the furnace chamber, and the top of the furnace chamber is equipped with a wind motor and a wind wheel on the top of the furnace chamber.

Horizontal / up and down circulation of large air volume forced air transportation, top / side air outlets can be adjusted air flow, so that the temperature inside the furnace is more uniform.

(4) Electrical parts: power supply 380V, three-phase five-wire system, with the control box in the top side of the oven, the use of microcomputer intelligent LED digital display thermostat.

Adopting module continuous buffer output control heater, adopting SSR solid state relay output heater (when the temperature reaches the set temperature value, the oven is in the constant temperature state at this time, automatically adjusting the output power, so as to reduce the power of the whole oven to achieve the effect of power saving). 

PID digital settings, automatic constant temperature, automatic timing (with automatic timer adjustable 9999min digital settings), the temperature to the timer alarm power-off, over-temperature power-off, leakage protection circuit breaker, motor overload protection and other functions, timing and over-temperature alarms and signal indicator were controlled and displayed, no-load internal temperature difference ± 2% degrees.

The control box is equipped with multi-color working indicator, which can show the working condition and fault of the oven.
