3. Monitoring the whole process of shell pressure, constant thrust, pressure consistency of each station ± 2N, to prevent pressure overload damage to the core products;

4. The gluing station adopts one-two structure, simple structure and high space utilization rate;

5. The hot melt module adopts pulse heating mode, with small temperature fluctuation rate, and the hot melt head thermistor adopts single independent structure, which is convenient for replacement, reduces the cost of loss, and has high utilization rate;

6. Adopting carrier up and down circulation mechanism, the main flow channel all adopts high-precision module toggle handling to reduce the impact of the carrier in the flow and pull, and improve the stability;

7. Information binding and traceability of incoming batteries and auxiliary products through MES system.
