2. Intelligent caching: according to the requirements, the electric core can be divided into 3 or 4 types, which flow into the corresponding cache area, and the system judges whether the type of electric core can flow out of the cache for palletizing according to whether the number of caches meets the conditions of robot clamping;

3. Positive-negative pairing: the positive and negative directions of the cores can be staggered and paired;

4. Secondary code scanning: carry out secondary code scanning before combination and pairing to check whether it meets the pairing requirements;

5. Pairing and combining: 6 cores are paired into a group and transported to the robot picking position;

6. Robot palletizing: the palletizing robot grabs 6 cores each time and puts them into the foam pallet until the pallet is full; the robot takes the empty pallet and puts it into the previous layer, and the stacking height can be set according to the requirements;

7. Palletizing and discharging: after palletizing, A GV or forklift will fork out the pallet and transfer it to the caching area.
