Description of single-layer doubled speed chain conveying line:

1. Power part: P=1.5kw motor (brand: German SEW or Taiwan Chengbang, gear ratio i=100) with frequency converter, line speed 5~15m/min adjustable, each section power length ≤20 meters;

2. The guide rail of the conveyor line adopts 127×100 steel special national standard aluminum profile for speed chain, with electrophoresis treatment on the surface;

3. Chain: adopting nylon differential chain made in Suzhou, T=38.1;

4. Machine stand: made of 40×40×T2 iron square welding and powder spraying, fixing the conveyor line guide rail through the connecting parts;

5. Blocker cylinder and solenoid valve adopts Adecco brand;

6. Light stand: 80*40 aluminum profiles, full line pull-through power line trough, network line trough, air duct, process signage, shelving table boards, LED lights, etc.;

7. Control part: OLC adopts Mitsubishi, sensor adopts Omron, AC contactor adopts Schneider, touch screen adopts Velcro, electric control box is made by ourselves, other electric control components adopt Schneider/Zhengtai.
