High Performance

The machine has a maximum operating range and the Max-E design allows for greater space utilization.

It has a 0.39-second cycle time, which can increase the total throughput of parts.

It has excellent acceleration and deceleration rates that allow for steady starts and stops.

Its higher speeds can be nearly 8,000 mm/s, allowing parts to be run quickly and accurately.

It has a unique high-rigidity arm design with low residual vibration.

 

Variety of Arm Types and Configurations

The machine is available in 450, 550 and 650 mm arm lengths, enabling customers to choose the optimal working arm length.

Meanwhile, its countertop, ceiling and sidewall-mounted models comply with ISO Clean (ISO14644-1:2015) and ESD standards for the models. This is suitable for semiconductor and ESD-sensitive applications such as hard disk drive assembly.

Z-axis is available in 180 mm (150 mm, clean) and 330 mm (300 mm, clean) arm lengths.
