Inverter welding machine adopts power frequency (50Hz /60Hz) alternating current to pass through rectifier and smoothing and change it into direct current; then through high-power on/off electronic components (silicon controlled rectifier SCR, transistor GTR, field-effect transistor MOSFET or IGBT) to invert it into intermediate frequency (kHz) alternating current; through transformer to reduce the current to applicable welding voltage (21-18V); then rectified by reactive smoothing to be output as the stable direct current to weld the stable direct current to weld the current components.

It is applicable to the welding of red copper wire terminal, silver contact, double sheet metal and metal fittings of electric switch, temperature switch, terminal connector and high-precision workpieces.
