Description of Reciprocating Lift:

1. Reciprocating lift is to use the up and down reciprocating motion of the lifting platform to realize the vertical conveying of materials.

The lifting platform can be equipped with different kinds of conveying equipment, and matched with the entrance and exit conveying equipment, so that the conveying process can realize complete automation.

2. The up and down stroke of the lifting platform can convey materials, and the materials can be made to flow in both directions at the same time in the process of a cycle of the lifting platform.

3. According to the import and export conveying direction can be divided into: "Z-type", "C-type", "E-type", the material can be in and out of the elevator from all directions, which is convenient for the layout of production equipment.

4. The range of lifting stroke is large, but the conveying capacity decreases with the increase of stroke.

5. Large load range, up to 4000kg.

6. Various safety devices can be set to improve the safety of equipment operation.

7. The electrical control system adopts PLC technology, with fault display, fault alarm and fault reset function, convenient and easy maintenance.

8. Various peripheral materials: PC board (good light transmission), color tile (can be customized to match the color of the outer wall), color steel plate (to meet the requirements of fire prevention), aluminum composite plate (strong and beautiful), diamond mesh (the top is equipped with a rain shelter for easy observation).

9. Car structure is divided into: ordinary steel structure, stainless steel structure.
