The whole factory automated production line for electric fan is composed of three parts: electric fan assembly line, electric fan aging test line and unmanned packaging line for electric fan.

This integrated combination can realize the whole production operation automatically and efficiently.

The fan aging test line occupies a central position in all the links of the whole production line, which is the key link to check the quality of the product.

The entire automated production line process consists of five stages: assembly, transition, air cooling, burn-in and packaging.

Features of electric fan assembly line:

This kind of production assembly line adopts PVC anti-static nylon sheet base belt as the transmission medium, with aluminum alloy profile as the edge guard, which is suitable for the automated assembly line in the industries of automotive parts, instruments, household appliances and so on.


Structure of electric fan assembly line:

1. The length of the line body is calculated according to the assembly process arrangement of the product;

2. The height of the line body is 2M, of which the height of the working surface is 750±20mm adjustable;

3. The width of the line body: 150mm~1000mm is freely determined according to the product specification;

4. Line configuration: 1) fluorescent lamps, 2) electric fan, 3) gas pipe with a quick-change section port, 4) process drawing board, 5) working table with 220V power outlet, 6) imported conveyor belt, 7) special aluminum alloy.

5. Power configuration: domestic electromagnetic speed control/frequency conversion speed control.

The process and flow of electric fan assembly line:


I. Patch process


Assemble wire frame and silicon steel sheet-->Wire winding-->Brush solder paste-->Paste electronic parts-->Reflow soldering-->Check the appearance (refill soldering)-->Coil and PCB assembly-->Solder enameled wires-->Check the appearance--Assembly testing


II. Plug-in process


Assembling wire frame and silicon steel sheet-->Wire winding-->Inserting electronic parts-->Passing through the welding furnace-->Cutting feet-->Passing through the wave soldering-->Checking the appearance (patch soldering)-->Assembling the coil and the PCB-->Soldering the enameled wire-->Checking the appearance--Testing the assembly.


III. Processing Flow of Fan Blade Assembly


Magnetization-->Magnetization-->Pressing fan blades-->Balancing


IV. Fan assembly process of finished products


Soldering lead wires-->Up assembly-->Pressing assembly-->Punching copper-->Oil ring on fan blade-->Setting fan blade-->Front-end test-->Oil ring on the spring-->Back-end test-->Labeling-->Checking the appearance-->Packing.

Full-automatic packaging machine consists of automatic bag loading system, packaging scale (can be designed as single scale or multiple scales depending on the need) platform, shaping equipment, trimming machine, batch number and production date printer, conveyor (including inverted bag conveyor, stand-up bag conveyor and flat bag conveyor), and dust collection device can be set up as well.

Automatic bagging system is the main difference between automatic and semi-automatic packaging.

Automatic bagging system on the bag quality requirements are more stringent, when the bag coating does not meet the requirements of the automatic bagging system failure rate with the decline in bag quality and increase.

If non-export products, valuable products and product packaging has strict requirements for the packaging of goods packaging, from reducing the cost of bags and packaging machine prices, it is recommended to use semi-automatic packaging machine.
