If the dispensing is small, pick a small needle, with low pressure; short time requirement is bigger, choose a large needle, with high pressure; need a long time thick glue, choose a slanting needle, with high pressure; need to set the time aqueous liquids, choose a small needle, with small pressure, and set the time according to the demand.

For fluids that require special settings, comply with the following principles:

For UV adhesives, use an amber syringe, white piston and angled uv automatic dispenser needle.

For anaerobic adhesives, you have to use a 10CC syringe and white PE universal piston.

For light curing adhesive you need to use black opaque syringe, white piston, and shielding for UV light.

For water-based instant adhesives use a safety style piston and Teflon lined metal needle. For thick instant adhesives, use a cone-type needle. For flexibilization, use PP needles.

For sealants and pasty fluids: a safety piston with angled needle is recommended.
